Goals
No small-cap shorts on Day-1 parabolic / halt-and-reopen names unless the tail is bounded — long put, defined-risk spread, or don't play. First Red Day shorts are a separate playbook: allowed in shares with a defined stop.

Reminder
Long-term: Conviction-size link — narrative pull inflating size on stories; keep sizing off the risk calc, not the thesis.

Reflection
What I did well
Cutting trades that are not working. Not fighting the price action.
What I learned
Is okay to be wrong. I can always rehit when the thesis is right. Always remember the train ride situation for a stop-loss. The first stop will be the cheapest. The longer you drag the higher the cost you pay so this is always the business model moving forward. I don't want to suck into a trade without stop-loss always even for idea trades.
Actionable takeaway
Reinforcing ideas that work from time to time.

AI Review

Three trades, all clean process. ASST + PMI FRD shorts cut fast on thin tape (breakeven + small loss); HUM swing exit was broker-forced (margin-call flag), not discipline break — controllables clean, grade the prevented axis. Reflections nail the edge: first stop is cheapest.
