Hard a starter position with a wider stop at 20.03. Cut it before 20.03. Reshort the failure of $20. risking 20.03. Stopped out. Tried it again with a smaller size and a wider stop at 21-22. I think the EV on this is very good so I want to be in this even if its a smaller size.

Notes
This one I took maybe 2 papercuts I wish I could avoid but no choice. Papercut number 1 is when I had a starter position and I went to load the moment it look weak AND below vwap - that is my trigger, the same one I use for full port every time. It reclaimed and stopped me out. Lost -0.5R on that first one as I have loaded full size and stopped out. Second papercut comes with a smaller size. I saw that weak whole number 2 rugged. I went to size some shares risking that zone. It was so bad that it just swipe the stop hunt there and go lower. I ended up with a 0.2R loss so I already loss like 0.7R. Lucky after the swipe I notice this is a liquidity trap so I loading back some shares. I only added full port when its below vwap. Cover 1/3 at support so now I only have a 0.4R loss. Reshort this as pyramid. The only mistake is I couldn't wake up around 3-4am SGT to cover more. Now I end up bagholding full port as a swing. I intend to swing but not the full port. Though this has a running open profit of 1R now.
On review: execution here was true to my system, I would not change it. The one execution change is padding on papercut #2 - stop at 2.08-2.10 instead of 2.03, because stops cluster right on that whole-number swipe zone and I got taken out at the dead top.

Notes
This one is something I'm reluctant as this is somewhere near penny stock land. Maybe this is a selection issue but lets see. A valid setup is a valid setup and I have no opinion of thinking what right or wrong. All I can do is following my setup and manage risk. I risk way lower on this only 0.5R.
Reflection
What I did well
Actually nothing.
What I learned
Sitting on the first few mins. I think I did correct adding as starter for FRD with wide stop but for options I should have done the same than adding the full port. I'm confident to add the full port in options as it has a max loss ceiling but still there could be some improvement. Also that liquidity swipe. If only I risk 10 cents higher. I think I will be fine. I stopped out at the dead top. Something I should improve on cause stops are clustered there.
Actionable takeaway
Study what my mistakes.
Misc
Ohh yeah I shorted small caps today because it falls under a different playbook that is not the halt and open at absurd price. It is a First Red Day playbook.

AI Review
FRD playbook run in shares w/ defined stops — inside standing goal, not the halt-and-reopen tail. ASST + CYPH papercuts came from stop clustering on whole numbers (his own diagnosis: pad 5-10c), not a size or plan break. Swings (XYZ, AMC) captured w/ named setups, AMC sized down 0.5R on selection doubt — process clean, open.
- Whole-number stop-clustering is real: pad 5-10c on FRD reshorts (his own note on CYPH #2).
- Full-risk open book = 7 names (CRCL/VG/EL/HTZ/CYPH/XYZ/AMC). Watch cumulative heat before next adds.
- CYPH intent gap logged (‘swing but not full port’) — cover plan for waking hours or set alerts, don't rely on 3-4am SGT wake.
- ‘Actually nothing’ did-well = self-critical echo. Multi-papercut recovery + liquidity-trap read WAS the win.
