Reminder
Long-term: Conviction-drives-size is the disease; free-rolling winners is the opposite and is edge — keep the direction of risk pointed DOWN when you're up, especially now with a de-risked book cushioning you.

Reflection
What I did well
Stopped out on stuff I've stopped out.
What I learned
SPCX should have taken more profits aggressively. Too greedy to swing more since I have a good cushion only to stop me out breakeven. What was I thinking is that the ATR has still tons of meat to go that is why I set it breakeven and went to sleep. Should have taken more at 3-4R. it was a 4R trade become lesser than 1R
Actionable takeaway
more reflection on day trade turn to swing. Preventing PNL leak.

AI Review
No new trades — sat cash and let the book breathe. Reflection is the day's real work: honest naming of the SPCX PNL leak (day-trade turned swing, free-rolled to BE, slept through a 4R that decayed to <1R). No plan-breaking action, but a specific edge leak identified — that's B-grade process on a quiet day.
- SPCX pattern: on day-trade→swing conversions, write the profit-take plan (e.g. 50% at 3R, trail rest) BEFORE going to sleep — BE-stop alone banks nothing.
- Full-risk opens = AMZN + CRCL only; the six de-risked runners are house-money — question there is exit efficiency, not survival.
- Quiet-day discipline is holding after PLAG — resist the urge to force a trade tomorrow just because you're cash-heavy.
